РОЛЬ ГОРМОНАЛЬНЫХ РЕГУЛЯТОРОВ ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЙ ПАТОЛОГИИ ПАРОДОНТА У КРЫС

The aim of this work is to study the role of active forms of vitamin D in the genesis of experimental periodontal pathology, as well as the use of medicinal drugs against its background. As a result of the studies, it was revealed that the role of disturbances in the balance of androgens, estrogens and hormonal forms of cholecalciferol is essential in the genesis of periodontal pathology. The periodontal protection properties of estrone and periodontitis - about testosterone when applied locally have been established. Preparations of hormonal forms of vitamin D3 and estrogens are promising in clinical practice for the treatment of periodontitis.
