Method for preparing lifepo4 powder of lithium cell

A method for preparing a LiFePO4 powder for a lithium battery is provided to improve conductivity, charge/discharge capacity and cycle characteristics and to enhance the uniformity of shape. A method for preparing a LiFePO4 powder comprises the steps of dissolving a precursor of a LiFePO4 powder, an organic material and an organic polymer in a solvent; dispersing a carbon nanoparticle in the obtained solution; generating aerosol; forming powder; and sintering it. Preferably the organic material is at least one selected from citric acid, malic acid, mesotartaric acid, pyruvic acid and muconic acid; and the organic polymer is at least one selected from a trivalent alcohol, a tetravalent alcohol and a pentavalent alcohol comprising ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, triglycol, tetraethylene glycol and glycerin.
