Effects of Castor Seeds Germination on Extract of Castor Root

Tong bi 5 castor hybrid seed was selected as experimental material,through the paper-germination test,this paper aimed to determine the castor root extract to Tong bi 5 castor hybrid seed germination influence.The main results were as follows: with the castor root extract concentration increases,castor seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and germinating seeds length all present different degree of rising trend,the concentration castor root extract next castor seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and germinating seeds root length are different degrees higher than those of control,each concentration processing are shown to promote the role of castor seed germination.Higher concentration of castor root extract on castor seed germination showed inhibitory trend,The concentration castor root extract processing castor seed lateral root numbers,root fresh weight and root dry weight and contrast the difference between are not reached significant level.
