SUBSTANCE INHIBITING PRODUCTION OF TNF-α

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance inhibiting the production of TNF-α, which is useful as a therapeutic drug for an autoimmune disease such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis. SOLUTION: A new compound having a structure represented by formula [1] or a salt thereof has excellent activity of inhibiting the production of TNF-α. In the formula, A represents -(NR 4 )-, -(CR 5 R 6 )- or -O-; B represents an alkylene group or an alkenylene group; R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a cycloalkyl group or the like; R 2 represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group or the like; R 3 represents a pyridine ring; R 4 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like; R 5 and R 6 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; and R 7 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.
