Application study on the protein chip technology in general health examination for cancers.

[Objective] To evaluate the application of the multi-tumor marker protein chip technology in general health examination for cancers.[Methods] Used the multi-tumor marker protein chip technology to exam 5 126 persons by 12 kinds of tumor-associated antigens.[Results] In the 5 126 examples,we found out 271 examples with positive tumor markers,and the the detective rate was 5.3%.Of them,15 examples by the pathology,the endoscope,the phantom study were confirmed as incipient tumors or intermediate tumors.The detective rate for tumor was 0.29%.[Conclusion] The multi-tumor marker protein chip technology has much information,and is simple,direct,fast,highly effective.These advantages are suitable for the general health examination of symptomless crowd and high-risk group.
