LA EDUCACIÓN DESDE EL ENFOQUE INTERDISCIPLINAR. UN RETO PARA LA EDUCACIÓN DE ADULTOS THE EDUCATION FROM THE INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH. A CHALLENGE FOR ADULTS' EDUCATION

One of the challenges of the Cuban education is to reach quality. This quality will allow the education of students (teenagers, and adults) according to the society. The Cuban society has the power to educate generation of people, so this task needs to be understood as one of the main and important aspect to develop. The changes in the adultseducation as subsystem of the educational Cuban system bear in mind the establishment of interdisciplinary relations in a specific area of knowledge, which for the development of the teaching learning process of the Natural Sciences insufficient. These problems limit a suitable application of the precisions and aspirations for the Cuban system. In order to accomplish this challenge a methodology that contributes to the development of the abovementioned process is made, to improve the preparation of the teachers up to the current requirements of Cuban Education. The importance and the feasibility of this proposal were stated through different research methods, which allowed verifying the transformation of the object of investigation.
