Comments on “Structural correlations to sliding wear performance of PA-6/PP-g-MA/nanoclay ternary nanocomposites” by N. Daymaa et al. [Wear 271 (2011) 827–836]

Abstract This letter unveils inconsistencies in the reporting and interpretation of results in an article published in June 2011 issue of Wear. Specific concerns about the reporting of results based on ANOVA are highlighted and the opinions are backed up by relevant literature. It is concluded that some of the information in the article is potentially misleading for the reader and the inconsistencies must be resolved to ensure correctness of the article.
