Performances of the central L3 Data Acquisition system

Abstract In this article we present the central L3 Data Acquisition system which is entirely built in FASTBUS. Performance and reliability during the first year of data taking at LEP is reported. Special emphasis is placed on the system functionality and the chosen data structure.
