The present invention relates to a species of helical arc relative sliding bevel gear mechanism, including a small wheel and a large wheel drive consisting of orthogonal axes of the sub, a small wheel and a large wheel, the conical outer surface of the small arc helical gear teeth are uniformly distributed, the conical outer surface of the wheel are evenly distributed large spiral arc grooves, spiral grooves and the arcuate center line of the helical teeth are arcuate conical spiral, and helical spiral arc tooth mating arcuate grooves; small round during installation and the large wheel wherein the arcuate teeth and helical spiral arc groove engagement, the drive shaft driven by the input, the small wheel and the large wheel is rotated, to achieve transmission between the orthogonal axes. Helical teeth and helical shape of an arc defined by the arcuate groove of the gear ratio and other parameters. In the present invention, the tooth surface without sliding arcuate helical bevel gear, so no bonding failure modes flank wear and plastic deformation, has the advantage of single-stage transmission, high coincidence, stronger than other large load capacity, suitable for a minute , micro-mechanical and general machinery application.
