Effect of nursing intervention on image quality of 320-row coronary CTA examination

2020
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the image quality of 320-row coronary artery CT angiography (CTA) examination. Methods A total of 90 patients taking 320-row coronary CTA in our hospital from July, 2018 to September, 2019 were enrolled, and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 45 cases in each group. There were 23 male and 22 female in the experimental group; and they were (40.12±5.97) years old. There were 20 male and 25 female in the experimental group; and they were (41.32±6.01) years old. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological nursing care, heart rate control, breathing training, and nursing care during and after the examination. The CTA examination image qualities and CTA examination success rates were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of CTA examination of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of CTA examination of the experimental group was 93.33% (42/45), which was higher than that [64.45% (29/45)] of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with coronary artery disease who undergo 320-row coronary CTA can improve the image quality and examination success rate, and promote the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment, so it is worthy of application.
