The application of permethylated-beta-cyclodextrin to the enantiomeric separation

Permethylated-beta-CD was synthesized, the chromatographic efficiency in terms of height equivalent of theoretical plate (HETP) and enantio-selectivity were compared with commercial permethylated beta-CD of cyclolab. it was used for separation of cis- & trans-chrysanthemics acid methyl ester enantiomers with better performance. More than twenty enantiomers were separated.
