Scottish mediaeval sculpture. The making of reproductions and their uses
1981
In order to built up a collection representative of scottish mediaeval sculpture as a whole, it has been decided to make casts of the best surviving examples. The replicas are made in polyester resin because of its strength, resilience and lightness. All the procedure for casting is described in details with photographs.
