The present invention is to provide a patterning apparatus that realizes high-precision patterning the substrate being continuously transported, further, a method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescence device using the patterning device, by using the manufacturing method the resulting organic electroluminescent device and to an organic electroluminescent display device.
