The present invention provides a silicon nano-particles - graphite sheet - composite material and its preparation method and application of carbon fiber. The preparation method, nano sheet and a graphite carbon fibers (or carbon nanotubes) based method using conjugated or electrostatic adsorption silicon nanoparticles uniformly supported on the surface of the graphite sheet and the carbon nano fiber, and then the silicon nano-particles - graphite nanoplatelets - surface of the carbon fiber composite material uniformly coated, so that high-temperature heat treatment method and by a surface covering completely carbonized to form a carbon (graphite nano carbon fibers or carbon nanotube sheet +) - silicon (nanoparticles) - carbon ( a carbon coating layer) composite structure, the carbon fibers such that - silicon nano-particles - graphite composite material sheet having a strong mechanical strength, capacity of lithium batteries prepared from therefrom, good cycle performance, charge-discharge time; in the rapid charge - discharge of the case, compared with the normal charge-discharge rate, attenuation capacity.
