Multi-layer laminated damper

2012
The utility model discloses a multi-layer laminated damper which is formed by sleeving a plurality of concentric cylindrical steel rings made by rolling multiple thin steel plates. The thin steel plates can be either structural steel or spring steel and is rectangular in single-layer unrolling and cylindrical in rolling, connectors of the rolled cylindrical steel plates can be either closed or open, and the sleeving assembly mode requires the length difference of each two adjacent single-layer steel plates is 2pi times of the thickness of the steel plates. The mounting azimuthal angles of connectors are supposed to be circumferentially mounted at equal angular intervals according to the layer number of the steel plates, and when the layer number of the steel plates is integral multiples of four, and the mounting azimuthal angles of the connectors can also be sequentially at intervals of 90 degrees. The multi-layer laminated damper is simple in structure, convenient to mount, reliable in performance and adaptive to vibration damping requirements of rotor systems under different operating conditions.
