Study on the Mutagenicity of Vinyl Chloride

To study the mutagenesis and reproductive toxicity of vinyl chloride in different doses on mammals.Semen malformation test and micronucleus test were carried out to observe the rates of micronucleus and semen malformation.Both semen malformation test and micronucleus test indicated positive rates, and the difference was greatly significant compared with the control group (P0.01). [Conclusion]Vinyl chloride might have mutagenic action.
