Liposarcoma retroperitoneal gigante: : informe de un caso.

espanolSe presenta el caso de un paciente de 61 anos con una masa en hipocondrio y flanco derecho de 28x25x18 cm de diametro. Las pruebas de imagen sugieren el diagnostico de liposarcoma retroperitoneal, lo que se confirma tras el analisis anatomopatologico tras la extirpacion quirurgica. El objetivo de este trabajo, a partir de este caso clinico, es realizar una revision de esta entidad infrecuente, ya que debido a sus escasas manifestaciones clinicas, el tumor alcanza un tamano considerable y es importante tener claro el manejo diagnostico-terapeutico que hay que llevar a cabo. EnglishIt is presented the case of a 61-year-old patient with a mass in the hypochondrium and right flank of 28x25x18 cm of diameter. Imaging tests suggest the diagnosis of retroperitoneal liposarcoma, which is confirmed after an anatomopathological analysis just after surgical removal. The objective of this work, from this clinical case, is to review this infrequently entity, because due to its scarce clinical manifestations, the tumor reaches a considerable size and it is important to be clear about the diagnostic-therapeutic management that must be carried out.
