The  Spring 1975 Victory was not only a great victory for the Vietnamese  people, but also for advanced human-being in the world in the struggle against imperialist invasion and led our country to enter the new era of independence, unity and forward to socialism, terminated the enslavement period of colonialism against the peoples of Asia, Africa, Latin America. It was the result of 21 years of heroic and extremely arduous resistance of the Vietnamese people that forced the US imperialism and the international reactionary forces to acknowledge the basic rights of the Geneva Accords and the Paris Agreement on recognizing the independence, sovereignty and the territorial integrity of Vietnamese People. Availing the 40th anniversary of liberation of the South of Vietnam, reunification of the country, by following this paper we want to unravel the steps of the victory under the leadership of the Communist Party in the war of resistance against American invasion in the period from 1954 to 1975 to the final victory - The Great Spring 1975 Victory.
