Novel integrated design for equalizing system of BEV (blade electric vehicle)

The invention relates to a series battery equalizing system of a BEV. The equalizing system combines advantages of two equalization methods, adopts a double-layer equalization device, and comprises a data acquisition module, a passive equalization module, an active equalization module based on an energy storage inductor, and a central controller. The integral equalization thought of the equalizing system comprises the steps that firstly, the data acquisition system monitors voltage of single batteries in real time to obtain the average value of the voltage of the single batteries in each battery pack, and passive equalization is performed based on the parameters; and secondly, the voltage of each battery pack is monitored on the basis of passive equalization to obtain the average value of the voltage of the battery packs, and active equalization is performed based on the parameters. The series battery equalizing system can perform efficient equalization during a battery pack standing period and charge-discharge periods, is an omnibearing battery pack equalization technology, and can effectively solve the problem that the battery pack state is discretized gradually in a traveling process of the BEV. In a word, the series battery equalizing system not only can meet the diversity requirement of power battery packs, but also is flexible in structure and good in expansibility.
