Development and Research of the Adaptive Pulse Converter

The work deals with key features and characteristics of converter model, which is based on the topology of a buck converter with a number of reworks. Research is conducted in Matlab. Converter model consists of Simscape blocks in Simulink, control system model consists of conventional Simulink blocks. Among the enhancements there are several transistors for switching and MOSFET instead of flyback diode. The most interesting for research features of system are the adaptation to load and thermal losses optimization. The research results will be used to construct converter prototype.
