Method to fabricate OLED on substrate and related structure and device thereof

The invention relates to a method to fabricate an OLED on a substrate and a related structure and device thereof. The method of fabricating the organic light emitting device (OLED) on the substrate includes providing a mold having surface features, forming a substrate over the mold, fabricating the OLED over the substrate while the substrate is in the mold, and removing the mold from the substrate having the OLED fabricated thereon.
