Профилактика ятрогенных осложнений при холецистэктомии

The authors describe the principal causes of injuries of extra hepatic bile-duct and consider that it is possible to minimize such kind of complications if the techniques of operation and individual approach to the methods of surgical intervention are thoroughly kept. The timely fulfilled conversion is a prophylactic measure of possible iatrogenic damages. On own material (428 chole-cystectomies, 198 of them were laparoscopic operations), the conversion has been performed in 4,5 % of cases. The damages of extrahepatic bile-duct occurred at 0,2 % of patients.
