The invention discloses a locating pin for panoramic sunroof glass of an automobile. The locating pin comprises a platy pin base matched with the profile of the panoramic sunroof glass, a pin pillar connected with the platy pin base to form a whole, an insert nut and a rubber sleeve. An assembly blind hole is formed in the center of the pin pillar in the axial direction, and the insert nut is embedded in the assembly blind hole. The outer wall of the pin pillar is provided with two parallel rotation stopping planes, and anti-disengaging grooves are formed in the rotation stopping planes. The inner wall of the rubber sleeve is provided with two anti-rotation planes matched with the rotation stopping planes, and anti-disengaging bosses connected to the anti-disengaging grooves in a clamped mode are arranged on the anti-rotation planes. The pin pillar is sleeved with the rubber sleeve and in interference fit with the rubber sleeve, the anti-rotation planes of the rubber sleeve are attached to the rotation stopping planes, and the anti-disengaging bosses are connected into the anti-disengaging grooves in a clamped mode. Through the locating pin, the panoramic sunroof glass can be located fast and effectively, interference with a ceiling is avoided, and abnormal sounds caused by friction are avoided.
