Method for preparing superhydrophobic surface

The invention discloses a method for preparing a superhydrophobic surface. The method comprises the following steps of: depositing a layer of rough porous silicon dioxide thin film on the surface of an electric-conduction solid through an electric deposition technology, and modifying the deposition surface by utilizing long-chain alkyl siloxane hydrolysate to obtain the superhydrophobic surface, wherein a contact angle of the superhydrophobic surface and water is larger than 150 degrees. The method for preparing the superhydrophobic surface, disclosed by the invention has wide adaptability, can be suitable for various electric-conduction solid surfaces, such as metal (and alloy), electric-conduction glass and a electric-conduction polymer, and is also suitable for matrixes with irregular shapes; the method has the advantages of simple process, mild conditions and low preparation cost, and the prepared superhydrophobic surface has excellent stability of acidity and alkality resistance.
