Морфологическая характеристика легких у лиц с ВИЧ-инфекцией и туберкулёзомна фоне алкогольной зависимости

Pathological changes in the lungs of HIV-patients who died from tuberculosis against chronic alcohol dependence were studied. Clinical and morphological forms of tuberculosis occurring in associated co-infectin of HIV / TB with prolonged ethanol intoxication were characterized. Pathological and structural changes in the lungs were reveled, accompanied by massive caseous necrosis with the formation of acute cavities with moderate reduction of CD 4 + cells, conservation of CD 8 + cells amount, inversion of CD4/CD8, that indicates changes in intercellular relationships and productive nature of the inflammatory response.
