The conflicts and integration between ethnic customary norms and national law——As an example of Jingpo

As an example of Jingpo,the author combines the static customary norms with the dynamic process of solving disputes by analysis of specific cases through field work,and displays the conflict and gambling between Jingpo customary norms and national law.Then the author puts forward the path to realize the interaction after the author analyzed the reasons that Jingpo's customary norms still has strong vitality now.In order to promote the process of legal system modernization of Jingpo,the relevant national authority should attach importance to take and kindly treat the national customary norms.
