Switching element driving circuit device and electronic equipment using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lower the ON resistance of a switching element after completing soft start. SOLUTION: The device of this invention is provided with a P-channel type MOS switching element 1 for switching currents from a DC power source Vdd, a control signal supply means for giving a control signal VG for turning this switching element 1 on and a detection circuit 3 for detecting the potential of this control signal. The control signal supply means controls a switch 6 in accordance with the detected output of the circuit 3 and increases the transition rate of the control signal.
