Application and Effects of Depuration and Temporary Keeping System for Live Patinopecten Yesoensis

2018
The captured bivalves need to be depurated and temporarily kept in the supply chain. The analytical results in this paper use the Patinopecten yesoensis as samples to make investigation into the efficiencies of the foregoing outcomes. The recycled water system for purification and temporary keeping contains the aquaculture preserving pool, water circulating device, oxygenation device, temperature control and disinfection device. Certain parameters were monitored to keep valid the depuration and temporary keeping experiment, water temperature, salinity, pH value and dissolution oxygen level. The growth demands of patinopecten yesoensis could be adequately satisfied by the range of water temperature and dissolved oxygen. No deaths were found while live samples were being depurated and temporarily kept. PY had progressively restored in depuration and temporary keeping state, and the CI ranged from 4.82 to 5.06. In the depuration, the overall bacteria remarkably decreased from $3200 CFU/ml$ to $150 CFU/ml$ with the time. The glycogen level decreased generally, suggesting this level of statistical significance $(P \lt 0.05)$.
