TICK-BORNE ILLNESS AND INFECTIVE ENDOCARDITIS: A RARE CASE OF TULAREMIA

Identification of an underlying etiology remains a diagnostic challenge in some cases of infective endocarditis (IE). A 58-year-old man with history of severe mitral regurgitation status post bioprosthetic valve replacement (St. Jude, 31 mm Epic) presents with a 6-week history of daily fevers and
