Methylphenidate for Management of Fatigue in the Palliative Care Setting

No recent evidence demonstrates that methylphenidate improves fatigue in patients receiving palliative care. Methylphenidate can be used to minimally improve fatigue symptom scores in patients with cancer-related fatigue.
