[Use of combined primary-reconstructive resection in complicated and widely spread colonic cancer].

: The combined primary-reconstructive operation for complicated and prevalent cancer of colon was conducted in 65 patients with several segments resection. Postoperative complications occurred in 40% of patients, overall postoperative mortality constituted 18.4%. Five-year life span constituted 40% (3.29 +/- 0.25) years on average.
