The effect of ferrum-containing complex Ferrum Lek (PL) injection in various doses on the lipid peroxidation and glutathione system of liver and kidneys of mice was studied. Significant changes in the oxidant and antioxidant systems have been revealed. Combined injection of PL and lipoic acid decrease or prevents many negative changes.
