Сравнительная морфологическая оценка нейротоксичности сулемы и гипоксии

2007
An experimental model is connected with the influence study of sublimate and hypoxia on the albino rat brain and liver. A comparative character of these factors is given. Hypoxia was found to induce more expressed pericellular and perivascular oedemas of the rat brain tissue as compared with the sublimate exposure. Thereto, glia responsiveness in the animals with hypoxia was revealed to be less pronounced than in the species exposed to sublimate. The decrease in fermentative activity of the liver and brain tissues was found to be in the both experimental groups as compared with the control. Full bloodedness, leucocytar infiltration in sinusoides as well as a moderate fibrosis of portal canals were observed to be in the rat liver exposed to both sublimate and hypoxia.
