The exploration and practice of innovative system for talent cultivation in medical universities

The dramatic development of modern sciences and the broadened application of high-tech in medicine have propelled the development of medicine at an unprecedented speed, thus pushing the teaching mode in medical colleges and teaching aims into fundamental innovation so that modern medical education is characterized by innovation education. The authors in this paper have summarized their experience in creating an innovative system for talents cultivation, combining their practice in reforming educational system in medical university.
