Optimization design of elastic body of three-axis coal-cutting force sensor

Modeling and simulation of three-axis coal-cutting force sensor were carried out with FEM,structural parameters of the elastic body were optimized through orthogonal tests.The simulation results show that the sensor has excellent static and dynamic performance as well as comprehensive performance index.
