Provođenje audita u proizvodnji vafel proizvoda prema zahtjevima IFS-a

Quality management systems and food safety and certifications that accompany them, are essential elements of survival of food companies in the global market. Retailers are increasing controll of the production, aticipating customers needs, directing product development and their activities affect forming of eating habits in consumers. Because of that retailers are seeking the application of requirements by "commercial standards" and the certification according to these same standards. One of the most common request sent to the producers of food products is to comply with the requirements of International Food Standard (IFS). IFS is now one of the most recognized standard in the food industry sector and certificate assigned as a confirmation of product compliance with the requirements of this standard is a confirmation of achieving high level of quality and product safety. The goal of this thesis is to show the audit conducting in production of wafers, with the aim of implementation of this standard according to the requirements of IFS. The results of audit showed that IFS was successfully implemented in the wafers factory.
