'From an Andalusian Point of View': Manuel de Falla's Compositional Advice to Angel Barrios

Several letters exchanged between Spanish composers Manuel de Falla and Angel Barrios (1882-1961) are presented. The compositional advice offered by Falla to Barrios helped the latter in being a key figure in the development of a national style of composition, particularly with Andulasian features.
