The invention discloses an energy-saving phase-transformation anti-cracking polymer special mortar comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of cement, 40-60 parts of river sand, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 3-8 parts of a carboxyl modified butyl benzene latex, 4-10 parts of an epoxy resin modified styrene-acrylic latex, 10-18 parts of paraffin, 10-20 parts of expanded perlite, 3-5 parts of a polypropylene fiber, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of a set retarder, 2-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, and 40-60 parts of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polymer special mortar. The polymer special mortar has the advantages of good anti-cracking performance, excellent water resistance, excellent high-temperature resistance, good mechanical properties, low preparation cost and no harm to the environment.
