The embodiment of the invention provides an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic detection device. The ultrasonic probe is used for performing ultrasonic imaging on target objects; a user operation device, a first instruction output part and a control part are arranged on the ultrasonic probe; the user operation device can response to first user operation when being in the enabled state to generate a first instruction and sends the first instruction to the first instruction output part, and cannot response to the first user operation when being in the non-enabled state; the control part is used for controlling the user operation device to enable the user operation device to be switched into the non-enabled state. Through the adoption of the device, misoperation can be avoided.
