Provided are a packet processing method, device and system. The method comprises: a service router receiving a first SFC packet including an SFC packet header, a first IP packet header and a packet payload; when an SFC node needs to process the first SFC packet but does not need to process the packet payload, removing the packet payload from the first SFC packet and generating a second SFC packet, and saving the packet payload; sending the second SFC packet to the SFC node; receiving a third SFC packet including an SFC packet header and a second IP packet header, wherein the second IP packet header is an IP packet header obtained through processing the first IP packet header by the SFC node; and generating a fourth SFC packet including an SFC packet header, a second IP packet header and a packet payload according to the third SFC packet and the saved packet payload. By means of the method provided by the present invention, a bandwidth resource occupied by packets during transmission is reduced, and meanwhile time delay of packet transmission is shortened.
