Processo de construção e implementação do estágio curricular interprofissional na graduação em saúde

The model of higher education of health professionals in Brazil happens hegemony of form is uniprofissional. In the world, teaching in health reform passed out of reductionist models for transformers in which Interprofessional Education (EIP) is recognized as a potential in that reorientation training model, aiming at developing skills for teamwork within the trade. The objective of analyze the process of construction, implementation and developments of the proposal of the Interprofessional Curricular Internship (IPCI) of the undergraduate health courses of the Academic Center of Vitoria of the Federal University of Pernambuco (CAV/UFPE). Qualitative study, developed through the intervention research, involving the courses (Bachelor of Nursing, Nutrition, Physical Education, Collective Health and Licentiate in Biological Sciences) of the CAV / UFPE, in inter-professional activities developed in the Family Health Strategy and in the elementary school in the district of Cajueiro in the municipality of Vitoria de Santo Antao - PE. Twenty-eight undergraduate students and five CAV / UFPE teachers, six health professionals and 11 municipal school teachers from June 2016 to June 2018 participated in the study. The study was developed in two moments: I. The construction of IPCI; II. The implementation of IPCI in practice scenarios. The data were produced at meetings, workshops and focus groups and were captured through participant observation with field journal recording and recording on mobile device and analyzed in the light of the theoretical reference of health training, inter-professional education and the principles, domains and competences of the Inter-professional Education Collaborative (IPEC) and methodological of research intervention and understanding the dialectical hermeneutics. IPCI was built and implemented with the implication of the actors involved and the overcoming of organizational and political constraints. The experience of the IPCI favored to the students the development and manifestation of knowledge, attitudes and skills that forged collaborative competences for the work in interprofessional team. The IPCI of the CAV / UFPE undergraduate courses in health is possible and promoted in the students the development of collaborative competences for interprofessional teamwork.
