О ВЛИЯНИИ ПОВЕРХНОСТНОЙ ТРЕЩИНЫ НА ОСТАТОЧНЫЙ РЕСУРС РЕЗЕРВУАРА РВС-10000

The aim is to study the influence of the size and location of surface crack in the wall of the tank for prediction the residual life. The nominal stresses were calculated by the finite element method. Exploitation loads were used for this calculation. Areas of maximum stresses were defined, where crack initiation was more probable. Stress intensity factors for cracks with various geometry forms and locations were defined. Dependence of crack growth were determined for ratio 0,25 to 1 of depth to half-length and the depth of crack to the wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,8. Analytical dependences of K-calibration functions were determined for calculation residual life of tank. The resulting data will be used in the prediction of residual life under the condition low-cycle fatigue.
