Разработка методики количественного определения производного ГАМК салифена

A method for the quantitative determination of a new biologically active GABA solifen derivative has been developed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Sensitivity, retention time of the analyt, and its absorption maximum in the UV spectrum were determined. Optimum extractant for analyt extraction from biological samples for HPLC analysis has been selected.
