Discussion on Stabilizing Negative Pressure of Furnace by Coordinated Control of Induced Draft Fan and Booster Fan

On the basis of analyzing object characters of induced draft fan and booster fan control system and influence on negative pressure of furnace,the paper introduces coordinated control of induced draft fan and booster fan;it probes into optimal design and parameter setting of the two systems above and concludes that negative pressure of furnace can be stabilized by reducing resistance of desulfurization system,optimizing feedforward value of total air quantity in booster fan regulating system and control parameter of proportional integral(PI) regulator.
