Analysis of 24 cases coronary artery anomalies with 64 slice CT coronary artery angiography

Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of 64 -slice CT coronary artery angingraphy in detecting coronary artery anomalies. Methods 423 patients'data of 64 -slice CT coronary artery angiography were analyzed retro-spectively. Results Twenty - four cases of coronary artery anomalies were identified,including separate origin of the left anterior descending and circumflex from the left sinus of valsalva (n = 7), absent circumflex (n = 2), anomalous coronary origin from the ascending aorta(n = 10) ; single coronary artery (n = 1), coronary fistulae(n = 4). Conclusions 64 - slice CT coronary artery angiography can diagnose coronary artery anomalies reliably. Key words: Anomaly; Coronary artery;  Angiography; Tomography,X-ray computed; 64-row detecter
