Amplitude discriminators with variable hysteresis voltage

1994
A variation in the hysteresis voltage proportional to the threshold of an integrated discriminator of a pulse amplitude results in it having a higher noise immunity. The discriminator threshold voltage varies between 20 mV and 5.1 V with an increment of 20 mV. The output signal settles in less than 50 nsec. The threshold-voltage temperature drift in 50 {mu}V/{degrees}C.
