The purpose of the present invention is to increase the detected light amount of the near-field light which is generated in a liquid between a measurement probe and to the sample under investigation, with the use of a Rasternahfeldmikroskops for measurement in a liquid, and improving the measurement reproducibility and the signal-to-noise ratio of Nahfeldlichtbildern.
