Application of Regression Analysis in Data Mining of Brucellosis

Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of brucellosis (Buple disease) in Zhangbei County by Logistic regression method, and to provide scientific basis for further development of prevention and intervention measures. Methods: Data from the data mining, data processing, data modeling and data visualization were used to analyze the questionnaire data. Results: A total of2,633 people were surveyed, of which 426 were infected with epidemic disease, and the infection rate was 18％. There are significant differences in sex, age, occupation, years of employment, sheep stock, sheep purchase and wearing gloves (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion: To Provide a new method and means for the laws and rules in order to explore the relationship between the influencing factors and brucellosis.
