Resiliência de adolescentes escolares em situação de vulnerabilidade social à luz da Teoria da Maré

Research developed with the objective of understanding the resilience process of school adolescents in situations of social vulnerability in the light of Barker and Buchanan-Barker Theory of Tide. This is a qualitative, descriptive study based on Barker and Buchanan-Barker Theory of the Tide, in the public school in the city of Recife-PE, Northeast Brazil. Sampling was carried out using the saturation sampling method, with 17 participants from 12 to 18 years of age. Data collection took place through narrative interviews with apprehension of participants' sociodemographic characterization data and an interview script. The material was transcribed and submitted to the Content Analysis technique composed of five stages: compilation; decomposition; recomposition; interpretation and conclusion. The speeches were categorized with the aid of the IRaMuTeQ software, version 0.7 alpha 2. The body was divided into 169 text segments, with 135 groups classified (79.88%) in the Descending Hierarchical Classification. Each class was represented by the most significant words in the middle of the X2 and p (<0.05) values, with their statistics according to the classes. The dendogram showed the body delimited in five classes according to the occurrence and co-occurrence of more significant words. The naming of the classes was given birth by the Theory of Tide: Class 1 was named “Navigation Plan”. Class 2 was called “Storms”. Class 3, named “Ocean to experience”; Class 4, called "Rescue". Finally, class was called “Safe Harbor”. In tracking the lives of adolescents in situations of social vulnerability, or as a nurse as an advisor to the resilient process of each one. It can act as a life saver or a non-desperate guide to the awareness of what can be used to improve your living condition. Through the valorization of life narratives, the nurse apprehends the important resources of the recovery journey and the carida "with" or the adolescent promotes the development of their resilience and continues the journey of life safely.
