Определение фибрин-мономера в профилактике и диагностике тромботических осложнений при беременности

In pregnant women with aggraveted obstetric anamnesis we examined levels of fi brin monomer, fi brinogen, D-dimer and parameters of «Thrombodynamika» test for hemostasis assessing at diff erent gestation stages. In majority of women fi brin monomer content was within reference values and did not depend on gestational age; increased values of this analyte testifi ed about pregnancy complications and necessity of therapy correction. We revealed the increasing of D-dimer level with gestational age. Parameters of «Thrombodynamika» test were within the reference values, and index of clot density statistically signifi cantly increased with gestational age.
